The latest version of the SIGN Technique Manual and product order forms can be found on this protected site. This site is accessible to all SIGN programs via a username and password. SIGN reserves issuing the username and password to those surgeons who meet one or more of the following criteria:
  1. Those who are presently using SIGN technique
  2. Those who may be traveling to existing or new SIGN programs
  3. Those who may prospectively use our technique in disasters
To obtain your username and password please complete the SIGN Technique Manual Application. When you have your username and password, return to this page and use the download link above.

The SIGN technique is updated frequently as we learn more about new indications for the SIGN nail discovered by SIGN surgeons abroad. We invite you to read the manual and comment on its content.
