The 22nd Annual SIGN Conference will be held from September 14-17, 2026 at SIGN HQ in Richland, Washington, USA. Hotel accommodation for overseas surgeons and on-site lunches will be provided during the conference for registered conference attendees.

The IGOT SMART Course will be held in San Francisco, California, USA, after the SIGN Conference concludes at SIGN HQ in Richland, Washington, USA.

The conference application opens on April 1 and will close on April 30. Please complete the application form only once. If your conference application is accepted, the Conference Committee will send you a formal invitation. Please note that the selection process may take several weeks.

First priority for attendance is given to those who will be presenting papers.
