The 21st Annual SIGN Conference will be held from September 8th - September 11th at SIGN HQ in Richland, Washington, USA. Hotel accommodation for overseas surgeons and on-site lunches will be provided during the conference for registered conference attendees.

PLEASE NOTE: The SIGN Conference officially begins on September 9th. Attendance on September 8th is by invitation only for the First-Time Attendee Orientation or the SIGN Spine session.

The IGOT SMART Course will be held in San Francisco, California, USA, after the SIGN Conference concludes at SIGN HQ in Richland, Washington, USA.

The conference application opens on April 1st and will close on April 30th. Please complete the application form only once. If your conference application is accepted, the Conference Committee will send you a formal invitation. Please note that the selection process may take several weeks.

First priority for attendance is given to those who will be presenting papers.
