Local Volunteer Opportunities

Event Volunteers often find themselves in exciting, fast-paced situations. These individuals are tasked with various jobs during their shift, and should feel comfortable switching roles at any given moment. They work at the event site, or out in the community to promote SIGN in a positive light. Shift times vary, and last the entirety of any given event. We rely on our event volunteers to interact positively with our event attendees, donors, board members, visiting surgeons, staff, and community members.

There are currently no open opportunities.

Office Volunteers support SIGN Staff with day-to-day tasks and general company operations. These volunteers work alongside our office staff with projects including Newsletter mailings, Event invitation mailings, and other miscellaneous tasks. Overseas Volunteer Opportunities

We send qualified orthopaedic surgeons to SIGN Programs around the world to learn our SIGN Technique! Our volunteers assist with surgeries at our busiest programs and help provide training to surgical residents. Most trips last just a week or two, but our volunteers find that the value of their training and the friendships they make last a lifetime. We will work with you to find opportunities and schedule your visit.
